[Resolved] Flipkart — Late Delivery Product hasn't reached my city yet. | |||
I ordered a Poco M2 Pro from flipkart on 13th June 2021 for my sister as a birthday gift. Flipkart promised me that they will deliver the product by 17th June as my sister's birthday is also on the same date. It has been 4 days since then and the product hasn't reached my city yet. I tried contacting the customer care support and everytime they said that I should be assured that my product would be delivered by 7PM. The product is still in Gurgaon from the last 24 hours and hasn't been dispatched from there to Gwalior and yet the customer care executives say it will be delivered by 7PM. Flipkart ruined my surprise I kept for my sister. Was this information helpful? | |||
