I brought Le 2 from Flipkart on 10 August 2016 and it got delivered on 13 august, after 2-3 days phone started giving out issues, i waited for 3 for more days, because factory reset solves this issue for a day or two. Now I can't do factory reset every second day so I asked for replacement of the product, but after the last reset, phone started to heat. Flipkart arranged a tech team to visit me, phone was hot at that time, but he hard reset it, which solved it there but because he was there for only 15 minutes, phone didn't show any issues then. Now after two more days, this heating again started happening. Last night, while on charging I was talking to someone, phone became so hot that it slipped out of my hand, and it's screen broke. Now Flipkart says they will not return because of physical damage. But that damage occurred due to the fault in phone, the fault I already told them, the fault for which I wanted a replacement.
Now I am with a faulty device which is damaged as well because of that issue. Please help me in this case. I want either this product to refunded or replaced.
