Sir I have purchased a mobile from Flipkart but one mobile is so bad in service and product quality I have purchased leeco1s and after one mounth the problem is their if I have contacted your service centre number he was says our representative is busy at the time what can I do I have purchased many mobiles from Flipkart and if not give me a better service I have changed the store please contact me [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 24, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that the phone is having a liquid damage and he had visited to the service center but they are saying that it will charge Rs 12000/- to repair. So informed to customer that we would not be able to do anything in this so informed to customer to visit to another service center and check how much they are charging. Customer agreed so shared to customer about the service center details.
