Dear team, i am flipkart plus member from more then 5 years and i am regularly using flipkart .
Recently i have ordered samsung earbuds but i received different product of some other brand (inner packing was opened ).
I tried to contect customer care but no feedback was provided to me.
Then i place replacement request mention same problem with photo proof .
Then return request was accepted and replacement was arranged.
Today your delievery guy refused to provide replacement and said that he will provide replacement for same provide .
Now product is shoing delieved today though i had not receivdd.
From last 15 days i am mentally harrased by you guys just because i purchase from such unthical site .
On daily basis calling your customer care but same reply received thwt we will resolve soon .
No support yet provided.
RESOLVE ASAP ELSE I WILL LOOK FOR LEGAL ALTERNATIVE .
This is my last communication now i am going to loudge a complaint on name of flipkart, Sachin bansal binny bansal and flipkart rajasthan head and will post same in newspaper with screenshots of your team replies and other prrofs that how u arrogant guys are looting indian people
