Flipkart — Lenovo a6000 plus discharging and overheat problem

Sir, i have order 28 th of the last month lenovo a6000 plus after 5 days i have received and using but lenovo a6000 plus is suddenly discharging and overheating..and also i have complained using toll free number my complaint id is[protected]..the technical person said that afternoon call back till no call is coming my no [protected] ..please issue my problem as early as possible ..i am not satisfied with this problems .. my mail id is [protected]@rediff.com mobile no:[protected]..pls solve my problem
