Got a call from FlipKart customer care support team next dat and new replacement was provided in 2 days. What i did was simlply raised a return request via online portal itself and rest is history. Flipkart's ownership and response is commendable here. thanks. Verified Support Jul 24, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complains stating that battery & back cover was missing inside the consignment box. It is found that our technical team has already scheduled a call back today evening. So closing the case from our end.
