I bought a lenovo k6 mobile from flipkart in the month of february 2017. From the day of purchase, the volume of the sound was slow. I checked everyone they said there is problem with the phone mic. I bought this mobile after a long wait but my dream is thrashed. Now, i have checked for the service center and gave the mobile for repair and its almost 17 days, i have not got my mobile back from them. They say the part is yet to come. Why you are selling a phone when the parts are not available.

I bought a phone for my use but almost 17 days i am without a phone. Did i buy for this reason. Please provide a solution to this on an urgent basis

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer claiming that service center taking much time to resolve the issue. We tried multiple times to reach customer but failed. Hence closing the case from customer end till customer reverts with alternate number.
