[Resolved]  Flipkart — lenovo k8 plus (venom black, 32 gb)

Provided complaint subject has been ordered from the firm flipkart. Where it denied 2 times for the delivery in the cost of 8099/- inr. With call and e-mail discussion with flipkart escalation team made a romour mail that they suspected that i would resell the product after the delivery and even my account login has blocked by firm. My patience took me all this bare and continued with flipkart again and cc executive informed that i could purchase a mobile of same cost which is of 8099/- (Offer price). As by the word by the executive i made a reorder for the subject and paid 10999/- inr and now the firm denied to take my request to refund the difference of 2900/- inr.

I was cheated to make the order again that the firm informed me the offer price which is applicable for the same product, but of no use and they started apologizing for the miscommunication happened.
