[Resolved] Flipkart — lenovo vibe k5 note (silver 32 gb) smartphone | |||
I bought the above product from flipkart on 6/10/2016. Around 1st week of july the phone suddenly heated up and went dead, the reason i do not understand. It was not in charge mode. I had kept it in my shoulder bag and when i took it out it was very hot and then the phone didnt boot up. I took it to the service center in coimbatore (Multiple power systems, gandhipuram, coimbatore -641012). They informed me that the motherboard of the above phone wasnt working and it could not be repaired. I understand there is a warranty for this product for one year. They were not interested in hearing my warranty claims. I enclose a copy of the original purchase bill from flipkart and the jobsheet of multiple power systems who inspected the phone and also charged me rs.183. Because this issue has happened under the warranty period, i request you to repair or replace this phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
