I purchased a pack of 10 LED bulbs on 17 feb 2015, but i got only one bulb, i complaint and they initiated replacement for the product and the parcel delievered was having only one bulb again. Then i filed complaint to customer care and i they delivered parcel which was containing only one bulb again. Then i complaint and they tried to make me fool saying that you ordered one quantity so you got one bulb, then i told then it was pack of 10 bulbs so 1 quantity = 10 bulbs. they said we can refund your money as we cant give you product.
I told then you wasted my 2 week in this and i made several calls for replacement, its not that you dont have bulbs, why cant you send me then. If you cant send me bulbs write a letter of apology to me for wasting my time and refund money or send me bulbs. They refuse to apologize.
