Return request declined by flipkart.

Dear sir,

This is in request for your support for the return and refund request for the product received. The product i am looking for is not similar i. E. 3 star and 5 star was not accessible in my pin location.

Hence i had a telecommunication with the representative of flipkart about my issue and they confirmed me that i can return the same. However after i raised the return compliant the same was rejected. After again communicating with the representative they state they can not help me with the request.

Requesting your support with the return and refund of the same.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the return of the product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product delivered is the same as ordered by the customer, the seller shall not be able to accommodate the customer request for the return of the order. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
