I have ordered for TV 43 inch on 02.07.2018. Order reference OD[protected]. TV was delivered on 03.07.2018.
Installation and demo was scheduled on 04.07.2018. However no person has come for installation and i have to call to Flipcart. Installation person from LG Mr. Ankit Ray has come on 06th at 3 pm. He opened the box and found that No wire Cable, remote, stand for TV was there and TV seems used. As per him TV was 42 inch and used TV was delivered. Immediately i have called Flipcart Customer care and lodged complaint for refund of money and for used TV delivered. Flipcart has denied refund and say that replacement of TV can be done.
Tech guy visit was scheduled on or before 10.07.2018 but no one has visited. I was contacting customer care but every time assurance was given replacement will be done. Tech guy is not visited till date and now scheduled time has given till 16.07.18.
I want my money back as poor service and not get the original LG brand TV, which was ordered. Was this information helpful? |
