I had ordered lg 6 kg fully automatic front load washing machine white (Model no: fh0g7ndnl02) on 12/08/2018. The same has been delivered on 16/08/2018 and on 19/08/2018 lg technician came and unboxed the item for installation and while unboxing he noticed some damage in washing tub near transportation port (According to him) and i also noticed the same. So i called flipkart and informed about the damage and asked for replacement but they inquired seller and told no same item is available with seller and they will take return, then they registered for return and told lg technician will visit and give the status report of machine. But on 21/08/2018 lg customer care called me and asked the machine status over phone and replacement status of machine and i said no replacement done you have to come and check the machine, for that lg person told flipkart is given request for demo only and not to inspect the machine and they cancelled their visit without informing me. The very next movement on 21/05/2018 i got message from flipkart stating that "your return is cancelled from the seller". I got shocked from the message and called flipkart and they said lg cancelled the visit without giving any information about the query. Then again flipkart raised the request for return of the product and for that the lg technician visit schedule was on or before 25/08/2018. From 22/08/2018 to 24/08/2018 around 8 to 10 lg technicians called and asked me regarding the previous visit status and no one came to home to check the machine. I also called lg customer care and raised the issue but no use, today (24/08/2018) i made a conference call between me, flipkart person and lg person and in that conversation lg person argued with flipkart stating that already authorized lg technician only noticed the problem while demo and no need to certify again. So i totally frustrated from these happenings. Flipkart delivered a defective lg product and for replacement/return also it is not supporting. Please consider this issue as early as possible because i am having the defective machine that is not even turned on.
