Flipkart Team. You have been getting on my nerves the last one days. Inspite of my multiple calls made to your customer associates, none have been able to give me a resolution to my Order ID OD[protected], Ekart Logistics -FMPP[protected] delivery, which was scheduled for 19th Aug n not delivered till date. Pathetic service from Flipkart. Just at this moment, speaking to a customer associate and he put me on a long hold just to initiate a supervisor call back request. What the hell is going on. Will you be delivering my order or should I cancel the order? Now same time I visited to Ekart logistics office and I see there is my order in the shop. Above activity done in the system however my order not out for delivery and pick from shop. This most more bulunder work from ekart logistics and there is no control from flipkart. Now I am worried about my order not delivered due to same situation happen every time. I hope this issue resolved by flipkart ASAP and make strong policy against Ekart logistic. We don't have received any call from flipkart agent and ekart services. Now I want to cancel my order due to delayed. I call to customer care they told me we don't have this authority to cancel order. Let me know how to cancel this order. Also let me know when we get my refund amount.
