Flipkart — LG SJ3 soundbar | |||
Hi Team, My name is Atul Kumar Singh and having flipkart account via mobile number[protected] and I purchased this LG soundbar on 22nd and got it installed on 23rd where after using 2 days I found there is connectivity issue between soundbar and provided subwoofer. Hence I asked for return / replacement on 26th Oct and since then continuously following up with customer support for solution. Everyday they promised me a new date for return and all of sudden today I got a msg that days have been exceeded now for the return. But I want to ask these morons who is really responsible for this Flipkart or me? I strongly believe that this is strategy of flipkart to delay like this and create a frustrating situation for customer. I need a an answer for this pathetic customer support and delay in solution. Also kindly delete my flipkart account and arrange a pickup for this item from me. Keep the money but just never ever send me any email or notification for Flipkart.
