[Resolved] Flipkart — Lg wing AURORA GREY (128gb) refund and replacement cancelled | |||
Hi, I have ordered LG wing ( AURORA GREY, 128 gb), order id : OD[protected] on 24th April 2021 and it's delivered on 26th April 2021. The pack i got was intact and after inserting sim i noticed that the signal strength is very low. I tried it with other operator sim. Then i also the signal is very weak, then the device started heating without any use. Then it's confirmed that the device i got is having complaint. I have given request for a return and replacement. Its the very bad experience that i have faced in flipkart. Even today is june 11 i havent got the technician visit. They are not even bothered about the situation iam racing. Its a total amount of 29999 phone. Its more than one month i have kept the phone in box, unable to use it. Now its seen that the flipkart has cancelled the return without any call or anything. I will go legally regarding the issue happened to me. Please do needful to get my phone replaced or i need the full amount refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||
