Flipkart — Login blocked or invalid and false reason | |||||
Date of the incident- 28/02/2017. Flipkart has blocked my account and when I contacted the customer support over email they told me that I have an unusually high number of returns and so I will not be able to login to my account. This is totally false since I haven't even made a single return over my purchase history with flipkart. They are giving me the same reason again and again even when I am telling them that I haven't made any return requests. Then I contacted the customer support over phone and they told me they will call me in 2days and when I haven't got the call after 2days I called them again and they keep telling to me wait for two more days which is quite frustrating.
