During the prior orders, the logistics agent was rude on delivering the product. I placed the new order on groceries on 2 nd october, as the delivery date was 3rd oct, however it was not delivered on that day and postponed to 4th oct, on that day too it was not delivered and i reached customer service n they asked to wait, now it has been scheduled to 6th oct, i am sure this would not be delivered by that logistics person as he is playing with my orders. I have complained with the incident number. I have the photo attached. I don't understand what flipkart to action on this. I have paid for the order n waiting for groceries order. It's shame on flipkart that it is unable to deliver daly needs groceries on time. It's better to shut his business on groceries. I m totally frustrated with flipkart. I strong recommend not or order on f. Flipkart.
