Flipkart — Loose Mobile Backcover

Hi I am Sayandeep Biswas and I have purchased a Moto E(black), of the order ID - OD[protected] on 2nd July 2014. I removed the backcover for the first time to put on the sim cards and the sd card, but when I put back the cover it doesn't fits properly and seems to be loose. Please do something as soon as possible...
