[Resolved] Flipkart — Lost product and completely ignoring payout requests | |||||
Product was ordered by customer on FlipKart which was cancelled as soon as order was collected from me (seller). The product went to Bangalore, came back to Goa, went back to Bangalre and came back to goa. The status now says delivered and closed, when the product hasn't been delivered. Contacted Seller Support and they are only delaying request by saying we have requested POD (Proof of Delivery) from their EKart Courier. This has been going on since 2nd of Feb 2016. Total value of product lost 14, 955 Rs. The product is a unique product and is on demand through other sites but we are unable to sell as FlipKart is holding on to the product. We want the product returned with interest for blocking a product sale worth 14955 for so long or refund amount that is due immediately. Frustrations after frustrations calling support who keep saying they will organised a call back and they apologize but no call backs or resolutions to tickets. The tracking details on the Seller Portal has been modified (we have screenshots) and as of now it is no longer even visible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
