Flipkart — Love beauty and planet shampoo and conditioner

I ordered one shampoo and one conditioner of the brand love beauty and planet on 16th October 2020 and after almost a week products got delivered in a pathetic state. After several calls and arguments I received a replacement today which too is in pathetic state. None of the customer care people are helping or solving even such minor issue. The most pathetic and irresponsible company I have come across.
