Flipkart — Lying every time that return has been cancelled | |||||
While i got this product, i found that there is a size mismatch. I have raised a return immediately. Day 1 - i get an sms in the night ~9.30 that someone had come for delivery and no one was at home Day 2 - i call the support number, they say no one had come for delivery, it is written bad rains did not allow the pickup. Apologies and today they will come Day 3 - i call and ask why no one has picked up, they say you have asked for cancellation of return. I correct them saying the return is still on, someone has to come and pick up. They say, apologies and today they will come Day 4, day 5 - same thing again!! Every time the agent says you only have asked for cancellation???!!! I say no i have not cancelled, pls take the product back. Again they say apologies and today they will come I wonder what flipkart wants to say after 10 days of the product being with me? Was this information helpful? | |||||
