[Resolved] Flipkart — lying to customers | |||||
I placed an order for mobile on 08th december and it says truenet (Seller) will deliver it by 15th. Yet on the website, it still shows, no progress Just to check i tried placing an order for same mobile and same address and it says delivery in two days at extra price of 70 or in three days, i. E by 13th How is this possible that what is ordered today takes 3 days to deliver and what was ordered 2 days ago takes a week? Flipkart executive couldn't answer anything and kept saying technical fault. He refused to connect me to his superior also, saying that no is available Pathetic.
