Flipkart — Made twice payment and they resolved my complaint 3 times without discuss with me.

I am facing problem from Flipkart customer care they gave me 3 times same commitment and after 72 x 72 x72 hours nobody call me from backend team. Flipkart customer care is very bad. They resolved my complaint without any discussion with me. my mobile number [protected], [protected]@gmail.com.

1st payment through MSWIPE of Rs 3299 to Flipkart delivery person said me that payment not received please make another payment this will return in 24 hour to you because payment not successful. But I have received successful payment message after 2 hours. And this payment is not updated in flipkart (attachment shown that agent said me that payment not done and he send me screen shot)

2nd payment i made 2nd payment to delivery person (Jitender on phonepe [protected]) of Rs 3299 and
this 2nd payment is updated in flipkart server. (attachment shown my message shown that payment successfully done through mswipe and phone pe)

1st payment should be return through flipkart. but after 22 days i am still not receive any payment from flipkart.

I am really hopeless from flipkart customer care. They are taking for twice payment but they update that they are taking for bad behaviour from delivery person. They don't mention anything about twice payment.
