[Resolved] Flipkart — Make fraud | |||||
Actually i bought a product from flipkart and it was my first experience with them and they sent an empty box so i called them to solve my query and they said you had to wait till 16th july and i already paid the amount while placing order. After that i received an email and they said I'm a fraud and i usually do so with them so they will not refund the amount so i asked them to show me the proof that I'm fraud so they didn't reply me properly and as I'm a worker in mnc company so they don't allow me to keep my phone while working so i can not waste my because of them. Verified Support Jul 14, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, we have communicated regarding this issue and informed recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in his purchase history. This would also mean that customer will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account
