[Resolved] Flipkart — Manhandling of my phone by service center.

This is regarding the problem I'm facing from your service center support. I'eve given my phone from the past 18 days, from since I havent got my phone. and yesterday when I went there, they told me my phone was ready, and they dint even inform me. And then comes the best part, the phone which they were giving me was not my phone!! my phone was clean and with no scratch before giving it to the service center but the phone which they were giving me yesterday had many many scratches and the screen guard was also torn. so I request you to give my phone back as I will not accept that phone! and please take a severe action on that service center. I beg for my phone.
