[Resolved] Flipkart — Manufacturing defect. | |||
I had purchased one number Moto G 2nd Gen under flipkart Tax Invoice No.BLR_WFLD[protected] DT. 23.10.2014 ORDER NO.OD[protected] DT. 22.10.2014. The phone was giving problem in charging and battery was draining rapidly. I had sent the same to authorised service centre M/s. Sai Technology Services, 18, Ground Floor, Ramanuj Complex, Station Road, Below Chemmanu Jwellery, Hubli. But shocked to hear from them that it is not considered under warranty because its physical damage and repairing charges will be Rs.6000/= though it is purely understood that this is due inferior workmanship and substandard battery used during manufacturing.Their inspection has made the instrument more damage and it is not charging now and became useless.I tried to convince them but my all efforts went into vein. So, I humbly request to take immediate initiative to REPLACE the phone without any delay as, it is affecting my routine business badly. Ashok Sharma, Dy. Hence closing the case .
