[Resolved] Flipkart — Manufacturing defect in mi5 [incident: in[protected]] | |||||
This is to adumbrate that i have purchased mi5 from flipkart on 28th oct (Order# od[protected] On 13th nov, i have discovered the second sim slot is not working. I have raised the concern immediately with customer care and i have been advised by the customer care to take the handheld to the service centre. I took the defected handheld to lajpat nagar service centre, post there diagnostic they discover that the handheld has a manufacturing defect and ask me to contact flipkart for replacement of the defected handset. I understand that the company have laid down and internally designed policy to have a 10 day replacement, however it is assumed that you would be sending the flawless unit;nevertheless in my case the unit sent to me already had a manufacturing defect. Jan 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 30, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and he said he received call from brand and they told to visit ASC but customer not ready to visit service center. Hence informed we can't approve return as Flipkart return policy is over and he didn't came withing return policy of Flipkart.
