Flipkart — Manufacturing defective product delivered and no service after that. | |
Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected] On 13th june they delivered product, installation done by them and their mechanic found its manufacturing defective product. Placed replacement request along with Uninstallation. They accepted it. Pickup courrier partner everyday returned in empty hand because it was not uninstalled. Requested flipkart customer care many times but they failed to give the service yet. Everytime I call them they give one deadline and fails to resolve. Finally they told via call, your Uninstallation request is cancelled. It's one month now. Summer gone. Winter is about to come. They didn't resolve the issue yet 1st thing. 2nd they took 1900/- for installation instead of their rate 1599/-. 3rd, if they resolve issue in cold days i will not able to use it to experience their machinary defect and warranty will void between this time.
