[Resolved] Flipkart — marq by flipkart 7.5 kg semi automatic top load washing machine purple, white | |||||
My order id: od[protected] dated 30.7.18 I have received a defective machine and registered a return request. Based on my request, they have sent their technician to confirm receipt of defective product and he has confirmed that product is defective and referred flipkart to sent replacement. This was happned on 16.10.18. Since then i am following up with flip kart, neither they are sending replacement nor refund. I have made eight complaints so far from flipkart website. Last complain was made on today with complain id: in[protected]. Help me to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
