Flipkart — mask quality is bad

I have ordered masks via flipkart, but quality is not good. These masks can not protect me from covid virus as i can easily breath through these masks.in a nutshell, these masks are not good for society. I requested return and refund this order - od[protected], but they did not do as they said these masks can not be returnable as per return policy. But i would stress on the point that there are many sellers which are taking the advantage of this situation and selling that quality of product which is not safe even for society or country. I am not worried about my refund but want to delist such products which can not safe us from virus but even spread in the society.

Kindly take necessary action.
