Flipkart Tops in Giving the worst customer experience

Oh Boy, we do face some poor service or product quality at times. When you deal in organized sector and often pay premium or wait for delivery etc. you rely on the Big Brand (Vendor Flipkart, TV by Thompson) for peace of mind.

Case in point : We go to Flipkart site, shortlist and pay for a Full featured smart TV. Receive the TV and it doesn't even have all the OTT channels. Come on, if you have a substandard product, if your product doesn't have all the required features, it should be very clearly mentioned in the listing so the customer looks elsewhere for a match to their requirement, -basics guys, both the vendor and the quality team of the listing portal skipped this and gave an awful experience This was only the start of the horrible experience.

Guess how is in race to get top spot to humiliate a customer, offer the lousiest service, make the customer wait for weeks and in the end close options, to a customer who has prepaid for a product on your brand name.? Friends no need to guess, we have experienced it the worst by non other than Flipkart. Our family and friends have decide to never to fall into their trap and put our money with such a vendor.

WE are determined to take it to any scale of legal and consumer awareness platform, till Flipkart realizes that these practices are counter productive and takes remedial action.

Flipkart and Thompson TV, First they spoilt Birthday Gift and now Diwali Day:

The matter is simple. The lousy Thompson TV doesn’t have the features of a smart TV as touted on Flipkart site.
WE paid for it, got delivery and not at all happy because of its "NOT A FULLY FUNCTIONAL SMART TV". Certain channels and features to not work in this lousy TV.

After going to the charade of explanation to the customers services team once again about the issues and then going through their questions, they promised to get back to us within 48 hours. Lo and behold we get an email that the vendor has refused to accept our return request.

The big problem here is that why Flipkart gives so much authority to a vendor at fault and total disdain to a customer who has paid for the product and now not able to get proper use of the product and suffering with ignorance on part of Flipkart and the vendor.

Flipkart, do you leave any option to us? Do you want us to take the matter to the consumer court? We are ready and will ensure that responsibility is fixed and ignorance to attend the matter in timely and dignified way us attend to the people.

FlipKart, don’t flip over on the customer concern.
Matter not addressed with due care, no one bothered to read the matter stated, all working on remote control of the vendor and not pay heeds of customer’s concerns
you ignore the requests, then you make the customer go through facade of concerns and going through the cycle of reading the script and then insult the customer time and again.

It happened again, the caring team of Flipkart calls, lots of courtesies, everyone is extremely sorry about the situation blah blah blah. Solution, sorry they don’t serve the solution, only impose the command of vendor that you keep a lousy substandard Thomson TV that doesn’t have all the OTT channels and lacks certain other features.

Flipkart, why you call to waste customer time, matter is written to and explained over the phone several times. Don't push and pull the client to follow yours or product vendor's dictations
