[Resolved] Flipkart — MI 3s prime mobile phone | |||||
I bought the mi 3s prime phone on 18/01/2017 from flipkart. From first day o[censored]sing this phone it was heating a lot, sometime it stop charging, after rebooting it, problem solved at that time. But today it completely stopped charging, i reboot it but it is not charging. The phone is automatically restarting within 1 second interval. So I want replacement of this defect phone. Verified Support May 01, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response As the product is out of sellers replacement policy hence request the customer to visit the brand service center for the device service.
