[Resolved] Flipkart — Mi 4: defective product

I ordered mi 4 from Flipkart and they delivered me that phone 29th july. When i checked that phone I shocked its camera not working. Suddenly I called customer care they told me they will call back. After one day they call back me told me to update your phone. I update that new phone. Nothing happened then I again called after the executive given me a answer they will call me back.next day I got a call. Everyday same repeated. Now today is 3rd aug I am waiting for their call if it happens always same before I mentioned then I will go to legal action

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained stating that the phone camera is defective and reset was done as per instructions & as the issue was not fixed, We have already approved replacement as per previous interaction and the same will be delivered by 10th Aug, 2015. So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.
