[Resolved] Flipkart — mi basic earphone | |||
I order mi basic earphone and first of all the product is delayed i successfully complete the order but the seller was not dispatch since two days and after the seller dispatch the product and the delivery is to late i pick up my product through the curior boy. I was open the product and plug in my mi device only one earplugs is working other is not working so i refund my product to flipkart. I just want refund my payment because the product is diffective. The customer support contact me and provide refund to 9th October. The refund is initiated but not reflect in my debit card currently but the customer support says it will take time and before 9th October refund is reflect in my debit card.
