[Resolved] Flipkart — mi led tv installation delay | |||||
I have purchased mi tv from flipkart on 11.8.2018. After purchasing, their installation date was 24.08.2018, but nobody was come for installation. I am waiting for installation since 24.08.2018. Every day i called to flipkart service and they are assuring me that installation will be completed in next 48 hours. But nobody has visited to my place. After that, i have called their customer support and registered complaint. During complaint registration i have been told by their technical support team will contact me and will do the installation. As promised technical team does not contact me nor done installation. Really the flipkart support system cant fulfills the customer need. I have very bad experience with flipkart. I want to request to them, who are the same experience from flipkart, please comment below. Was this information helpful? | |||||
