Flipkart — mi note 7 pro not yet received from flipkart | |||
I ordered Note 7 Pro from Flipkart on 9 Aug 2019 and as per delivery schedule it was suppose to be delivered on 14th august 2019. As it was not delivered on 14th, I called customer care for enquiry and they said due to some seller end issue it was not delivered but you will get this order on 16 Aug. I agreed for 16 but phone not received, i called again and they have raised a request and forwarded the issue to technical team. Technical team replied after posting on there social media page on 19th august, they called me and said your order was placed but not processed, kindly cancel the order. I refused as its already 10 days gone and if i cancel the order i will also loose the 10℅ discount which was availed in sale period. Now i am not getting any response from Flipkart, just getting false assurance of issue resolution. My order i'd is - OD[protected]. This was freedom sale and i made a mistake to choose flipkart. I haven't got any resolution except for the false promise of someone will call you in 4hrs or 8 hrs. Was this information helpful? | |||
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 20, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
