Flipkart — MI tv repair not done

After 2 years, my mi tv started to show some display issues. I contacted Flipkart about the same as i have purchased a 3 year extended warranty as well with the TV. The customer service rep. informed that this warranty is from Jevees and they can help with the issue. Hence i called Jeeves. Jeeves rep. noted the requested and stated that a repairmen will come to my place within 7-10 days (which itself is a very unrealistic time frame to address a repair issue). Jeeves technician came to our place and saw the issue with the display, he took the note of tv serial number as well as took some pictures and video for proof. He stated that within 3-4 days repair will be done. Post his exit, after 2 hours, i received a message stating the repair has been completed and the issue is now marked closed. This was a false update to my ticket. I contacted Jeeves again to which they stated they will look into the issue and will take another 7-10 days. I then reached back to Flipkart and explained the issue again and asked to escalate this further. Post this call, MI service center contacted my after 4-5 days. They again asked to explain the whole story which i did and then they sent a technician to my place. The technician again took some pictures, video etc and said now MI will repair it within 3-4 days. Post waiting for almost 7-9 days, i called MI service center and they informed that Flipkart has advised that they will repair your tv hence mi has closed the request. I contacted Flipkart again and explained everything to which the rep. informed she is escalating to another team and action will be done in 7-10 days to which i expressed my dissatisfaction but she continued with the same timelines. After an hour, another flipkart rep called me and said that she will be sending an email in which i need to provide claim number for Jeeves. Now, when i received the email, the context of the email is very different and flipkart i now advising to contact Jeeves again. This is unacceptable. I have paid for warranty and this is the service these 3 companies are providing by passing it to one another.
