[Resolved] Flipkart — Microwave warranty claim problem | |
It was a pathetic experience of the latest customer care talk. He doesn't know how to talk. He misbehaves with customer. When the customer is already panic as he is not getting the warranty claim of his product bought from Flipkart and the customer care executive is behaving like this. I am really frustrated with this. I am really worried that what kind of companies Flipkart is listing with them when we can't contact them. Their website not workinh, email not working and phone number also not working. Only you guys are giving time for the resolution. I want my product warranty claim asap or return my money. I will not wait anymore for that. I have not bought any product from Flipkart to wait only.
