[Resolved] Flipkart — midea split ac1.5 ton inverter | |||
I ordered midea ac 1.5 ton inverter on 10 april 2019, delivered on 15 april 2019 and installed on 16 april 2019. And made full payment through net banking and received damaged product. After installation the technician told us that low pressure when he checked there was a leak in indoor unit cooling coil. I registered a complaint on flipkart but they are not turning up and sloving my issue. I asked for replacement and they said they will send a technician but no one has come yet to check it. Still i have that damaged ac. Even after repeatedly complaining in flipkart customer care they haven't solved my issue. I have spent 34000 rs on that ac and received damaged ac. It is really painfull when our hard earned money is taken by you cheaters. Tgis proves that flipkart is a big fraud. Sells damaged product. They are not at all solving customers problems.
