[Resolved] Flipkart — Misappropriate customers money and cheating | |||||
This is to bring to your notice that customers are being cheated in the name of this company. Once the payment is received, it seems that no-one is bothered to see the challenges/issues customer is facing. I have never seen such casual behavior by any company towards customers. First of all, they send me a miss-shipment. I registered my complaint to them many times through online and by call. The courier came twice but did not take the product back. There is no response from Flipkart to provide any resolution. Now they are not repaying my money back also. Was this information helpful? | |||||
