[Resolved] Flipkart — Misbehaving and abused by delivery boy | |
I ordered book from #Flipkart on 13th Aug and it should be reached by 22nd as per thier tracking. Today (22nd Aug) Delivery boy called and said i don't know your address, I am here now you come and collect the item(in very very rude manner) otherwise I'll cancel this item and you can't do anything(He was threatening to cancel my parcel), then after he started abused me in regional language(Bhojpuri) and was saying rude thing to me. I have just few points which need to understand from #Flipkart . 1) Does #Flipkart allow to say rude things to customer ? 2) Do we order anything from #Flipkart to listen abusive things from #Delivery_boy ? 3) Do your policy grant permission to delivery boy to say rude things to customer ? I hope you'll see this issue and will take on high priorities. Meanwhile I am taking advise to lawyer to take action against delivery boy and whoever involved. Was this information helpful? | |
