[Resolved]  Flipkart — misbehaviour by ekart delivery boy

Updated by Rrachana17 Delivery boy Bikash Paul using mobile no. +[protected] and delivering to pin code734003 was supposed to deliver my package Green Junction Epsom s... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] on 8.09.2018 however I could not be reached yesterday due to weak signal at my home and the delivery address is my office address which was closed on the said date. He has the audacity to call me up in the evening and shout at me for not getting in touch with him. Also I couldn't get in touch with him as there was no number given in the msg i received from ekart as you can see from the msg i am attaching here Undelivered: Green Junction Epsom s... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] from flipkart.com could not be delivered today since we could not get in touch with you. Then he blabbers all kinds of ### at me and then I told him CLEARLY to deliver it on Monday as it's my office address and my office will reopen on MONDAY. then it's Sunday today ie 9.9.2018 and this fellow calls me up again and tells me to come pick up the package .I told him yet again to deliver it tomorrow that is Monday as my office is closed today and he has the guts to tell me that he will return the product "FIR MUJHE KUCH MAT BOLNA " . when I tell him return karke dekho I WILL COMPLAIN AGAINST YOU he tells me "HAAN HAAN JO KARNA HAI KARLO " please tell me ekart what kind of hooligans are you people hiring ??? Disrespecting customers like this and then giving them mental harrassment ! I will further escalate the matter if this boy does not come and apologise to me!!
