[Resolved] Flipkart — Misbehaviour of local courier partner's field executive for home delivery | |||
This is regarding the misbehaviour of local courier partner's field executive for delivering the product Moto E.He just called and gave order either to come at his place to take the parcel or else he would send the parcel back .I checked my product status at flipkart site and its showing consignee refused to accept whereas its not true because product was never delivered to me. I complained the same to flipkart and they assured me that product would be delivered to me with in November 01, 2014 before 7 PM but still its delivered to me and when I called at customer care they are giving me excuses that they are not able to connect with our courier partner's because they do not work after 7 pm and we don't have any answer or update that why it was not delivered. This is really being frustrated . I just want the exact date when product would be delivered beacuse its already too late. Was this information helpful? | |||
