Bought a mobile dated 10 july 2017... Order id-fmpp[protected].
Company promised to get the same delivered by next day-11 july.
- could not delivered on 11 nor 12th july,
- no communication from company for any delay reason or communication,
- i called on toll free number several times no positive response only sorry for delay... However while tracking online found that product was shipped from lucknow to delhi on 11 july evening... And customer care people were not aware about this and they were keep on saying that it has been shipped by delhi itself will be deliver timely.
Unable to understand how come a product ordered from delhi can be shipped from lucknow and still confirms its delivery in 1 day.. (Obviousely making fool of customer).
I had to go my hometown dated 11 july expecting this delivery but got my ticket cancelled due to this totaly unethical practice and pathetic service by company.
Need a clarificationn on time value of money and mental harrassment done by company with customer with a positive reply.
Also clarification that how company can use improper means (Falsification on item delivery or anything related online just to increase sale.
