On 22 nd September i ordered iphone 13 midnight black from Flipkart, which arrived to the nearest hub on 25th of September and as i was not available on the date & address I rescheduled the delivery and changed the address, according to the date asked it should be delivered to the address on 28 on my updated address, but on 28 i got to know that they have not sent the parcel to the new address and they told me that it will reach the new address next day which was on 29th but it didn’t reach the address on 29th also. On 30th September I received a missed call which ranged for about 2 sec i called back it was from flipka Delivery agent and he told me that he will deliver the product by 9 pm i called him he saod sir i will reach by 11 pm and after that he stopped receiving my call and keep disconnecting my call, then I received a message from ekart (logistics) that your product will reach you next which is 1 October but on 1 October the Flipkart app is showing my order has been canceled, i called Flipkart customer on 28, 29, 30 and kept telling them that the delivery has been making a fool of me and he is not delivering me the product but they told me that they will resolve the issue by 3 October and now they have canceled my order, its a clear case of scam. I bought the phone for 50000 and it should have reached me, I waited and they have been fooling me. Was this information helpful? |
