[Resolved] Flipkart — misleading to the consumer | |||
I placed an order with Flipkart and they accepted the order, also received confirmation also. after few minutes I received a mail that, order is cancelled. when I called to customer care, they are saying, there is no stock. but still it is showing in stock. it is not showing as out-of-stock. Customer care executive saying that, you need to place a new order if needed. but in my previous order the amount already deducted. it will come back to my account only after 8 working days. if i order again, what is the guarantee that, I won't face same issue...executives are not giving proper justification on that, simply saying place new order if you want. order no. Verified Support Apr 02, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed him that his order was cancelled under bulk-order category and requested customer to place a fresh order, Also informed him that we have already initiated refund back to source with the timeline. Customer agreed. So closing the case
