[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mismatch of item with invoice - Gigaset Cordless phone

I order A490 gigaset cordless phone thru order id OD[protected] in January 2015. I received the product, invoice was for A490 and we started using phone. Due to some emergencies at home and also due previour experience with flipkart, did not even think of checking the set too. Now this set has started giving problem, therefore checked the manual and realised that manual was for A490/A495 while at the back of the set its written A49H. On taking up with Flipkart getting the repetition of policies that if it was within 30 days, they would have done the needful. I have been sent the invoice copy with an instruction to visit the nearest service station for repair. My concern is that invoice is for A490 while set is A49H then how will I get the service without paying. Secondly, A49H is not listed in fli[pkart site and even that time was not listed, then how can their suppliar send it. Now instead of taking it up with the suppliar they are harrassing the customer and repeating like a parrot that they can't do anything. I have a feeling that this A49H is of much less price then A490. Its a clear cut case of cheating. I need someone to take it up seriously with flipkart and get my set exchanged because otherwise A490 has a warranty of 2 years but I have invoice of A490 and set is A49H. Please help. Thanks

Spoke to customer she informed that she started using the product without noticing she ordered for Gigaset A490 Cordless Landline Phone in January 2015 but she received A49H which is not working now and received the invoice for A490 where the service center are denying to take the product and repair and customer is very much upset for the same and needs the invoice for the product which she has got that is A490. She informed no one is helping her about this and shes very much upset for the issue ans loosing the trust on Flipkart and needs the resolution for this. Hence informed customer will get in touch with her shortly.
