[Resolved] Flipkart — misplace of product and refund of amount | |||
Date of the incident: 17-november-2019 Order id - od[protected] Description: Sir, we have ordered shoes for 10 years old boy in flipkart but received 6 months baby shoes and raised request to return the shoe for 2 times and refund the amount back but no one has come to collect the baby shoe instead return request was closed for 2 times. Flipkart mentions as issue resolved with out consulting us for the last 2 times. Resolution: to send person to collect the wrong product (6 months baby shoe) and refund the amount - 999 rupees. Dec 24, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Product has returned back and got my amount refunded.
This happen when we called customer center for 3 times and complaining in Consumer Portal.

You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance.
