[Resolved] Flipkart — missing & damaged product replacement issue | |||
Dear sir, I am nachiketa das from ahmapur, birbhum, west bengal, pin - 731201. I ordered a sandisk memory card with adapter at rs 788/- dated 5.12.18 which i received at 10.12.18 by poor pakgeing & memory card is damaged & adapter missing. Then take a step for product replacement... Resolution last date was 13th dec. We call ur flipkart agent they also take extra 24 hours to resolve this issue but it not solved till now... & also flipkat delivery concern team not contact me till now. They take it casually which is harrasing me. So, i faced too much harrasing moment from flipkart... I[censored]r company don't take a hard action about this issue as soon as possible... I have to f.
